Daha önce 200 litrelik varillerde yaptım, 100 litrelik variller de iyi ve bir kap reaksiyonu yaptım.

10L b üzerinde 350-400 gram cıva (400 gram gerçekten çok agresif), 15L metilamin %40 ve ardından 30L metanol gibi.
Folyodan emin değilim, sonunda bir kovanın 2/3'ünü çizik/hasarlı folyo ile doldurdum (top yok), bu yüzden bu ağırlıktaydı.

Sonunda çok fazla folyo vardı.
Verim; PH 12'de 12 litre.

O zamanlar metilamin ile çalışırken, herkes bunun için daha iyi alternatifler olduğunu bilir, örneğin Al/Hg ile

When you say the Al amalgam can be made in situ does that mean one doesn’t have to wash & decant the HgCl from the aluminum before introducing the p2p + methylamine mixture? The HgCl can be left in the flask while reduction happens and will be extracted out later during product purification?

I'm currently experimenting with al/hg and wanted to scale the synthesis. I asked myself the question of whether it is absolutely necessary to use a capacitor? I suspect it is needed to keep the methylamine and solvent (methanol) in reaction vessel. But would it be possible to compensate for methylamine loss with a new methylamine-methanol solution?

Perhaps an excess of methylamine was used, not much, just to compensate
Add an amount of water
Keep the temperature no more than 60 degrees and you will be fine

I have heard of success with nitromethane, but the yields are lower.

I cannot say that the yields where lower with nitromethane, but do not underestimate the danger of nitromethane.
you need 600L nitromethane per L [MD]P2P.
