How pure does the HCL have to be? Can it be done with 37% HCL? Also can ABE be used to remove procaine from the cocaine? I have Coke which is cut with 10% procaine.
37% is the strongest sold, yes it is strong enough, I thought you didn't have any though. 15% or even 10% is strong enough the strength doesn't mean much it's the moles your counting. If you drip it into sulfuric acid to make hcl gas, then you won't have a solution of cocaine and water like if you dumped aquious hcl into it. Do you know if the procaine is hcl or base? it's sold both ways and literature says, "The hydrochloride salt of 2-(diethylamino) ethyl p-aminobenzoate (C13H21ClN2O2 or N2C6H4COOCH2CH2NH(C2H5)2HCl) is generally referred to as procaine. Although the PABA ester is insoluble in water, the hydrochloride salt is very soluble in water." Youd be lucky if it weren't the hcl because I didn't see anything that looked like it would clearly work, but procaine represents the salt but sometimes it doesn't.

Unfortunately I dont know if the procaine is base or hcl, but couldnt I test it by trying to dissolve the Cocaine in water and if everything dissolves I know its both hcl? If something stays its probably procaine base(good for me).
The hcl I can get is about 25% and in liquid form meaning 75% of it is water?
Wouldnt the yield be greatly decreased by using not pure or close to pure HCL? As some of the final product will dissolve in the 75% water?

yes 25% hcl is 75% water, but the highest concentration you can get is 37%, which has a shitload of water also. It's easy to make it a bad with some NaOHI say START with water, add a polar solvent (diethyl ether is top choicefor cocaine and probably novacaine as wellwater, diethyl ether cocaine/procaine hcl and sodium hydroxide, when yo base it, it should move out of the water and into the polar solvent, And now you have cocaine/procaine base in diethyl ether with irtually no water. Chloroform is a fair choice as well, It's easy to make at home, requires no special tools. Engine starting fluid is the source of my diethyl ether and heptane. Chloroform will absorb a little water though, I'm thinking 8g/100g, but it can be frozen and filtered out.
