4MMC Crystals

So, I have my 4MMC powder.

My technique for making the crystals is as follows:

Ingredients:
-100g 4MMC powder from synthesis (still can't get the colour right for some reason) no idea why?!
-250ml water
-50ml acetone

Working Conditions:
*Room temperature 23C
*Room ventilated, so low humidity

Method:
Heat 250ml water until boiling, add 100g 4MMC powder, stir until all dissolved, heat up again to help fully dissolve the 4MMC powder. Now add room temperature 50ml acetone and stir. Place liquid in a container that gives me 2.5cm depth of liquid(QUESTION: is this a good amount of depth for crystals to form?) Place in a room or cabinet that is controlled to a constant temperature of 23C. Make sure the room or cabinet is ventilated if possible so low humidity is present in the room. Leave in room for 2 to 4 days, not sure how long, we shall see.

End Result Expectations:
I am hoping that I achieve nice crystals that are attractive to the eye.

QUESTIONS
1. What size crystals do you think I will obtain?

2. How many hours do you think it will take for crystals to form enough to be useable, 48hours plus I imagine at the above working conditions?

I hope I get crystals, I'm using acetone instead of Isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or ethanol solution, is that okay?

You can use acetone, but it is more suitable for washing.
How many centimeters is the layer of solution in your crystallization dish?

I've attached 2 photos, I also have another batch at its dark greeny blue for some reason. No idea why. I'm just trying to get the crystals right, last time I just had solid mass which didn't look crystally at all. I'll show a photo of this too shortly. 2.5cm is the layer I've gone with.

Hot recrystalystalisation with little fine anhydrous active charcoal filtered quickly and most carefully trough vacuum (without carbon particles case in which reheat and refilter hot until clear) then est aside to cool with al foil covering and surrounded with a thick towell to slowen cooling my give instanty cleaner results but ease of this method I must admit may be frustrating at first so try smaller but approachable ammounts (only little charcoal is used for a small batch and add remooved from heating source and expect a lot of foam pottentially)

IPA\H2O 70% is no bulshit I suppose but keep your funnel warm by any means before filtering out the carbon

As usual I've failed to make crystals, just turns out to be more of a solid mass, there are no crystals and the solid mass isn't opaque like crystals that I have seen in the past. Just looks like the 4mmc has formed together and goes hard. I just don't get this. I followed what to do and for some reason my mix is dark and not transparent and the solid mass is just not crystal like at all.

I've tried it and there is a euphoria from it like 4mmc. I'm stuck now and I don't know what to do.

I've had people show off their crystals via inbox photos then i ask for help and they just say there are forums for that. Please don't brag and show me if you are going to be selfish by not helping me or anyone. If I knew how to do it I would help out people.

For 1kg 2b4m i get 770g mephedrone HCl.
810g powder HCl.
No like on video 500g powder and later 410g crystal xD

In theory, 940 grams, you have 86 percent yield, not bad.

Why is mine like this, take 3 days to crystallise. I just don't understand. I follow method and this is what happen. Sorry to keep asking but if I don't ask for help I won't learn.

Most likely, you had a significant amount of MPF reaction of bromination, it perfectly gives colored impurities at the stage of obtaining salt from a free base.
The usual problem for beginners. What was the color of the solution after fermentation, before washing?

I asked after bromination, before washing.
Can just add clear water and add acid, best ph=6, in 5,5 all garbage go down.
Color problem because you have problem in bromination!!! 90% truble and 10 percents if do some mistake in animation step

The reason was found, a very large admixture of 4-MPF in BK4...
