UK. The only thing that stops me from producing sulfuric acid myself is the purification part because it involves boiling the sulfuric acid it at high temps. and no sellers on here seem to sell pure acids.

Hi @G.Patton. What gas is released in this reaction? I read on internet NaBH4 can release HCN gas? I think that isnt that case, but is there any option how can I unfortunatuly do that? I read NaBH4 is reacting with water by releasing H2 gas too. What gas is released by addition of P2NP into solution NaBH4 in IPA/Water? Sorry I have too many question but I dont want to kill myself by some stupid mistake.

So for safety is better use electric heater than propane-butane? How much hydrogen is made? Littlebit or much? The problem is I have only propane-butane heater, I will do only about 20g of P2NP. Is in this scale dangerous to use propane-butane heater?

You can calculate this according to the reaction equation and the molar constant of the gas (22.4 l/mol).
I strongly do not recommend to use open flame because you'll get hydrogen and your lab can explode.

The addition of the catalyst ends with the complete black shadow inside the reaction mixture, right?

Will i have some different actions with ortho-phosphoric-acid? Warm place or something else? Any tips?

In this synthesis, can I use 95% ethanol instead of IPA? I believe any pure alcohol would work, but it doesn't hurt to ask.
What would be the second and third best option in relation to acetone? I have trouble getting acetone.
