In Portland Oregon, the Hondurans on scooters sell pills on 6th St downtown. It was in the papers. I can see drug dealers and deals happening everywhere, so I KNOW the cops can, since they drive the same areas and have snitches and snitch phone numbers....

Polygraph the cops and anyone who helped fentanyl dealers should be electricuted on site.
