Κανείς δεν έθεσε το μεγάλο και προφανές ερώτημα: Πώς μπορώ να μάθω αν ένα στέλεχος μαγιάς είναι καλό ή όχι;
Και καθώς κανείς δεν ρώτησε, δεν θα υπάρξει απάντηση παρά μόνο η αναφορά ότι υπάρχουν μάλλον εύκολες μέθοδοι.

The product is racemic after reduction with NaBH4, need to use catalyst/H2.
