Facing problem to growing 4mmc crystal.

First images is crystal made by me.
I tried in water , water + IPA, WATER + ACETONE, SATL WATER.
ALSO LEFT FOR 2-3 DAYS.
BUT CRYSTAL NOT PERFECT ENOUGH.

Second and third image.
I want this type of crystal.

Please explain me how cook this type crystal

You don't use brine to recrystalize with, my friend. You just cut your 4mmc with table salt....
You should be able to dissolve all your cat in PURE DRY IPA. Then you can filter out all the salt because it won't dissolve in IPA - but it HAS to be PURE AND DRY, and any other solid impurities. And now you make sure the pH is right and let it evaporate and you should have a decent quality appearance assuming you did an OK job. Lastly you can wash the new crystals with pure cold dry acetone or MEK

Probably, your 4-mmc wasn't pure enough and you need to repeat the procedure.

4ltr EA
1.6LTR MMA

3 Hours stirrer temp below 40 degree.

Dain bottom layer water.
Add 2 ltr cold acetone.
Drip wise HBR.

GET POWER.
WASH WITH ACETONE.

DRY THE POWDER.

1KG POWDER 1 LTR WATER. HEAT 80-90 DEGREE.
ALL POWDER DISSOLVED IN WATER.
Rm pour in tray.
Left for 2day.

As @loadingST said, you need to recrystallize your product to make it pure and then carry out procedure as in the Mephedrone (4MMC) crystallization method. Read it carefully. Your crystallization proportions are incorrect. Also, do not heat 4-MMC solution for a ling time.

You used the wrong crystallization ratios.

First recrystalize your impure 4MMC, then use IPA+WATER and let evap slowly in vibration free zone.
