Gentlemen, I did this experiment, and I heated it to 125 degrees, because phosphoric acid is heated to 130 degrees, there will be phosphate hydrogen gas (toxic). Is there any way to avoid these?

You want a molar equivalent , these are hypothetical amounts, but say the the 6g of ephedrine is 20mmol of one mol of ephedrine then you'd want 20mmol equivalent of pseudo.im by no mean a pro and have never even looked up the molecular weight of either of them put that's the idea .
There's a post on here somewhere I believe from patten that is very detailed and informative about the subject definitely look it up because this is something that is very important in all reactions.
