Nedávno som dosiahol väčší ako vypočutý výťažok hydrochloridu 4MMC vo chvíli, keď som to očakával najmenej. Predtým, ako to zverejním všetkým, mám pocit, že je potrebných viac ako len 5 sérií (z 5 sérií boli 2 po sebe idúce s vysokým výťažkom, potom 2, o ktorých som si myslel, že sa zlepšia, ale nezlepšili sa, a ďalšia tvorí trojnásobok potrebný na to, aby som to mohol uviesť). Avšak vyčerpal som veci a teším sa na to, že to úplne zdokumentujem s fotografiami a všetkým. A aby som nebol odsúdený za zadržiavanie "cenných" informácií, môžem vymeniť niektoré protichodné detaily prípravy:

-Kľúčové je miešanie (aby boli vrstvy DCM a vody v čo najtesnejšom kontakte bez katalyzátora fázového prenosu)
-relatívne dlhý reakčný čas (približne 6 až 8 hodín, využívam prestávku, keď len pozastavím miešanie, pričom predpokladám, že ak sa vrstvy oddelia, reakcia sa takmer zastaví)
-nepoužívanie tepla (môj tretí a štvrtý pokus mal priemerné a nižšie výťažky, keď sa použilo jemné zahrievanie)
-chladenie zmesi a činidiel (v kroku okyslenia boli chladené kvapaliny s najlepšou výťažnosťou)
-rýchle filtrovanie (hneď po vyzrážaní pevných častíc, nenechajte ich zostať, pretože časť produktu prejde do roztoku)

Dúfam, že to pomôže a sľubujem, že sa vrátim s podrobnosťami a prečo nie, overenie od ďalšieho aktívneho člena.

If you use cooling with liquid nitrogen, the reaction mixture in the flask would simply freeze . Therefore, only an excess that is filtered or evaporates into the atmosphere

@lucky2222 there is a lot of information on this forum about this. You can use water or alcohol with sodium hydroxide or triethylamine to produce gas. Triethylamine is more convenient in some cases if it is available to you.

Sry I don't understand clearly your question. The addition of water is used to dissolve the polar impurities in the solution after the reaction (2B4M, methylamine, etc). You need to let it a few minutes then throw away all of the water, only the oil stays.
You can addapt the protocol to 3mmc aswell, you need to use 2-bromo-3-methylpropiophenone as main reagent and keep the same molar ratio (as they are isomers, you can keep the exact same amounts).
