Did you understand what I wrote to you above? You can try to dissolve this solution in water and divide from PEG by alkaline extraction. You will get toluene (or another appropriate solvent) with PseudoE free base). Then, acid extraction to divide PseiudoE from Ibuprofen.

He will get a massive emulsion because that peg is loading in their with a non ionic surfactant meant to encased anything in there as soon as the pH is raised...

Peg blocks pseudoephedrine from going to non polar with help of usually polysorbate 80.... those need to go first. For anyone trying i would figure their solubility and get rid of as much of them as possible before adding any base...
