Is it necessary to stir that long ? Can't we just heat gently (~50/60°C) with a good stirring for just a few hours like for α-pvp (if the reaction takes place in ethyl acetate) ?

Yield was 40% (by mass, from a-bromovalerophenone) but reagents hasn't been tested before and possible mistakes during the reaction. I'll try again soon and write a more detailled review

We works in europe but I wondered if companies could legally do that as it can be considered as "help" for the drug synthesis

~20L of a-bvp (=25/26kg) and gave 10kg after recrystallisation but I fear the bromo has been diluted or is just not pure enough bc it gave poor yield on simple alpha pvp synthesis too.
I believe we can achieve 70% (maybe we could heat gently).

Can we follow this reaction by pH ? Conductimetry ?

What do u mean "follow this erection"? You can check its completeness by TLC.

10kg is 34.4% yield in moles from 26.2 kg (20 L). It's too small for this synthesis. Common yield is 70-85%.

I already have 2BV ready, in the description it is written that you do not need to use a solvent during amination.

yes, I got a poor yield using this solvent but I believe it's due to a bad quality 2BV more than a protocol issue
