I will ignore resellers that gouge prices and those that are inexperienced. I buy in bulk, but I start in smaller amounts that increase overtime according to my level of comfort with the supplier. These are non-negotiable.

Own website and/or DN market presence is a plus, but not necessary if you have someone relevant vouching for you.

Transaction must be done on escrow.

I plan to make my own 4-MMC in the future. But if the supply is excellent and the supplier professional, I will consider not making it myself and continue purchasing. I'm used to high purity and professionally made products, so I know how a proper product looks like and I will be very picky.

Looking for 4-MMC vendor for both small quantity and bulk shipping ideally from non-hot EU countries.
No advice abut DNMs vendors, except one (the only not in UK or PL, only countries where 4-mmc manufacturing is huge but no shipping outside their countries due the big risks involved by shipping it outside) all others are delivering just cheap random cathinones bought from china or leftovers EU warehouses.

See by yourself the various public official lab tests results and see how many "4-mmc" tested are not even 3-mmc but 4-CMC, 4-CEC, 2-MMC, etc etc.

Not interested either in random spam from vendors carrying 20+ products / reshippers only - often even if with their good intentions and legitimacy, they can't test / try every batch for each compound, they trust their wholesupplier and scamming on cathinones is the biggest trendy. So pointless since 4-mmc synth is cheap and simple, finding precursors not a big issue either in EU.

Direct chemist / manufacturers specialized in few chemicals but such few made in a professional way, with a great stealth and voched from buyers with good rep. here or other trusted communities.

For sure there are anyway underground vendors (mostly working with organized crime or mexican cartel) but not certainly for synthesizing 4-mmc..
